Later in the program, Ian sits down with Dr. Jennifer Carroll, Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Elon University to discuss her new book Narkomania, which considers if a person is predisposed to substance use disorders. They also discuss her background in substance use, harm reduction, and overdose prevention.
